General Terms and Conditions Voices Academy
These terms and conditions apply specifically to the digital training courses and tracks offered via the Voices Academy (Johfrah Comm.V).
1. Immediate Access & Right of Withdrawal
The Academy is a digital product. By purchasing the track, the student gains immediate access to the digital learning environment, the "Base Assessment," and the first course material.
Waiver of right of withdrawal: Upon starting payment, the student expressly agrees that the delivery of the digital content commences and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) expires as soon as the content is made accessible.
2. Intellectual Property & Right of Use
All content in the Academy (videos, audio clips, texts, daily tips, and scripts such as 'Flan Caramel' or 'Catan') is and remains the exclusive property of Voices. * License: The student obtains a personal, non-transferable license for personal use within the framework of the training.
- Prohibition of distribution: It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit teaching materials without prior written permission from Voices.
3. Account Security & "Nuclear Lock"
An Academy account is strictly personal.
- Monitoring: Voices monitors access via Device Fingerprinting. An account may be used on a maximum of three (3) unique devices.
- Sanctions for abuse: Upon detection of account sharing or unusual login patterns, Voices reserves the right to block access immediately and without entitlement to a refund.
4. The Teaching Methodology (Drip Feed)
The Academy operates according to a fixed rhythm to optimize the learning experience. * Drip Feed: Lessons are released consecutively with a mandatory interval (standard 3 days after completion of the previous lesson).
- No defect: The fact that not all lessons are available immediately at the start is an essential part of the methodology and does not constitute grounds for complaints or a refund.
5. Feedback & Guidance
- Obligation of effort: Voices commits to providing high-quality feedback on the submitted recordings within a reasonable timeframe. This is an obligation of effort, not an obligation of result.
- Confidentiality: The feedback provided is personal and confidential. It may not be shared with third parties by the student.
6. B2B & Peppol Invoicing
For business clients, invoicing is handled automatically via the Peppol network (via Yuki). The student is responsible for providing a valid VAT number and correct company details at checkout. ### 7. Applicable Law These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district where Voices' registered office is located.
