Hi, I’m Gwenny. For the past eight years, I’ve been working full-time from Amersfoort as a voice actor, recording voice prompts, commercials, corporate videos, e-learning courses, and audiobooks. I love narrating medical training videos with multi-syllable terms. Fear of long words, or hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia, is certainly not an issue for me! That is why medical and healthcare explainer animations have naturally become my specialty. Something you might want to know about me, and that I enjoy sharing? A balanced and healthy lifestyle is very important to me. That is why, every week, I step out of my comfortable recording booth and into a local cryo chamber, also known as a cryosauna. Spending three minutes in minus 90 degrees Celsius gives me a massive boost, both mentally and physically. Afterwards, I feel more energized than ever to deliver the very best voice-overs.
